- The director for Social Communications with his team is to take care of public communications and documentation in the vice-province in the name of the Provincial.
- Tasks of the Social Communication Commission are as the followings:
1) Drawing a Provincial plan for Social Communications envisioned by the SSSC (Salesian System of Social Communication),
2) Formation of SDBs and Lay Mission Partners in the field of social communication,
3) Information in and outside of the provincial community (ANS, Bosco Link, Local Church, Salesian Family, Province website, etc.);
4) Publish Salesian literature, Salesian Bulletin, Provincial Newsletter and Animation materials periodically;
5) Making Propaganda and Documentation, and
6) Setting up an Editorial board and a translation team for all Salesian publications.
