1. The Youth Ministry Commission of the Vice Province consists of the delegate for youth ministry and his coordinators. The Youth Apostolate includes the followings:

         a) Vocation promotion,

         b) Courses and Seminars on Salesian Youth Movements,

         c) Animation of Parish Youth from the parishes entrusted to the Salesians, and

         d) Planning and drawing up of the Salesian Educative Pastoral Plan (SEPP) of the

         e) Vice Province

2. The Youth Ministry Commission is responsible for planning and coordinating the various initiatives for youth ministry in the Vice Province. It seeks approval, support and directions from the Provincial Council for its activities.

3. The Delegate for Youth Ministry will preferably be a full-timer and member of the Provincial Council. He is also the head of the Youth Ministry Commission.

4. The Youth Ministry Commission collects the resource materials for youth programmes and makes them available to the individuals and communities. It keeps itself ready for youth courses, seminars and retreats throughout the year.

5. The Youth Ministry Commission takes care of the Vocation Orientation in general and the promotion of vocations to the Salesian Life.
